We offer free shipping on all orders, ensuring that your items are delivered conveniently to your doorstep. Our average made-to-order production time for personalized orders is 3-8 business days, (holidays and weekends not included) after which the items are shipped. Once dispatched, you can expect standard shipping to take approximately 2-7 business days. (holidays and weekends not included) Please keep these timelines in mind when placing orders for special occasions and events to ensure enough time for your personalized items to arrive. You must use a Physical Street Address at checkout, orders cannot go to P.O. boxes.

Orders with different items or tracking numbers may process, ship and arrive separately at different times. You might notice that our shipping package looks very simple on the outside. It ships in plain packaging for fast and safe shipping, it lowers shipping cost and it is eco-friendly. 

Each digital screen displays color differently, so please be aware that the actual item color in person, may be slightly different in color than what you see on your computer or phone screen. Please Note: Names will be printed in ALL CAPS and in the exact font style and color shown in the product image. We will format your text automatically, regardless of how you type it in the text box. For non-personalization add N/A to the text box.

Please note that we uphold a strict no-refund policy unless the product is received damaged or there is a manufacturing error. In such cases, we are more than willing to provide a replacement or offer a refund.
